In Achieve you can set two different types of goals. Progress goals and habit goals. Simply put, progress goals can help you track your progress over time for goals such as weight loss, track times, sport performance and exam results. Habit goals can help you track goals where you want to maintain some consistency, for example: quitting smoking, practicing an instrument or eating vegan more often.
